Progression is a raiding guild aiming to work efficiently through
end game content while maintaining a healthy game-life balance. As
such, we will be focusing our raiding efforts to be as productive
as possible while incurring as little impact on our everyday real
lives as possible. Many of our raiders are full time students, full
time workers, family having folks, or some combination thereof. We
are people who want to raid but know we can’t or simply do not want
to dedicate 15+ hours a week of raiding between 3 to 4 days worth
of raiding. We are also people who want our efforts not to be in
vain when it comes to seeing and downing new content.
This attempt at having our cake and eating it requires our raiding environment to be a well oiled machine full of raiders who want to be there and have fun, while not dicking around or otherwise detracting from the efficiency of completing content.
If this amount of raiding isn’t enough for you, Progression is unlikely to be a good fit for your style. Likewise, if you have an ADHD riddled mind and are unable to focus for 3 hours at a time, be prepared for raiding (this includes but is not limited to strategies, consumables, proper gearing, enchanting, reforging, and knowledge of your class), then you should find another guild.
