“Synchronicity” Guild

We are currently in a very high demand for ranged dps, a few more and we have a full raid group with variety for specific bosses! Our melee, tanks, and healers are exceptional, so once we acquire ranged, we will be set.

As a guild, we understand that GEARSCORE =/= SKILL, though some of our players have high gearscores, we recruit those who are experienced, and willing to research their class in order to become a top raider.

Applicants who apply for the raid weeks of March 9th or March 16th have a very good chance of earning a core raid spot! We have been sifting through applications, and are hoping to build a solid core to steamroll ICC!

We are a group of players looking to progress through 10 and 25 player content, and play to the best of our capability. We are in search of dedicated players who want to raid, have fun, and enjoy the game the way it should be. Our core has been forged from hard working players, some have cleared ToGC 10 and 25 man, some have entered heroic Icecrown Citadel. Though the entire guild has not seen this, our core has shown the ability to teach others fights, and assist them in becoming successful raiders.


Raid Leaders content experience:
Erion: "Tribute to Insanity" on both 10 and 25 man difficulties. Cleared to Sindragosa in 25 man ICC while killing Heroic Lord Marrowgar on 25man difficulty. Also killed Algalon the Observer on 10 and 25 man difficulties.
Wels: Cleared ToGC 25 man, with "Tribute to Insanity" on 10 man difficulty. Cleared the majority of 10 and 25 man normal ICC. Also killed Algalon the Observer on 10 and 25 man difficulties.

I mention this to give potential applicants perspective on who will be leading their raids.


A handful of our raiders have their Rusted Proto Drakes, and have killed Algalon on 10 and 25 man difficulties.

Our current guild progression includes: 11/12 ICC 10 and achieved a "Tribute to Mad Skill!" Before losing the majority of our raiders.


We plan to raid 25 man instances 4 nights a week, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, with 10 man groups alternating in between raid weeks and before/after 25 man raids. Currently we're close to a 25 man roster, but it is not set in stone. And we are running two 10 man ICC groups, with a weekly ToGC Tribute to Mad Skill/ Insanity farm! As for times, the raids will begin at 8:30/9 eastern time, and end at 11:30 on a farm night, and as late as 12:30 on a progression night!


<Synchronicity> requires our players to:

1. Know how to play your class.

2. Know the current fights in 25 man content.
- There are many ways that you can stay updated with content, and a few examples are YouTube videos, Tankspot.com forums, and bosskillers.com

3. Have functioning mods that are necessary for raiding - Omen Threat Meter, Deadly Boss Mods/Big Wigs/DxE, and Grid/Xperl etc.

4. Come to raids Prepared, i.e. – Flasks, Buff Food, ect.

5. Come to raids on time, or your spot may be replaced.

6. Be ready to wipe on progression if needed.
