“lifeless virgins” Guild

Lifeless Virgins is a raiding guild that is recruiting members for their main raiding team, and their secondary raiding team. We are looking for people that are willing to learn everyday to be a better player, be open to changes, and willing to respect mechanics.

Lifeless Virgins originally came from Mannoroth, and was a hardcore raiding guild since The Burning Crusade, and have cleared every content (including Heroic in the later Expansions). We originally raided with only 10 members, then flexible raiding came around and we're now publicly recruiting.

So far in this content, we are 7/7N, 7/7H (AoTC: Imp), 10/10N, and 9/10H (with some members with AoTC: Blackhand thanks to merged group raiding with other guilds on Hyjal). With our main goal being progression, we still do a lot of off-raiding activities such as Random Heroic Dungeons (for guild bank gold), doing Normal Highmaul for achievements or gearing up alts, etc.

Eventually, we will attempt mythic with our main group but we will definitely need a stable team.

We only raid once a week. Why? Most of our members are middle class workers working a generic 9-5pm shift from Monday-Friday, so our raiding times have to be on the weekend.

Our current main raiding group hours (Heroic):
- Every Friday night 7:00-10:30PM PST
- 9/10H on farm status excluding Heroic Blackhand

Our current secondary raiding group hours (Normal):
- Every Saturday, invites starting at 11:00AM PST
- 9/10N on farm status, Blackhand optional

Our main heroic group needs are:
- Elemental Shaman
- Retribution Paladin
- Windwalker Monk
- All other classes are still considered

Bonus if you are a hybrid class

Our secondary normal group needs are:
- All positions are available and up for grabs

For what it's worth, we expect you to be smart in terms of mechanics. We also expect competitive DPS. We might not expect you to be #1 DPS, but will expect you to listen to our calls, and stay alive. A dead player contributes nothing to the kill, so we prefer people that understand mechanics and are willing to sacrifice some output in order to stay alive, or keep the group alive.

Loot system is casual and goes in this order:
- For tier, it's priority for raiders onto their 4 pcs / 2 pcs
- Other pieces, /roll and top roll wins unless someone odd is up (DPS rolling on Bonus Armor gear)

Trial goes for 2 weeks usually, but in some rare cases could take 3-4, but we will discuss.
