<DILFS> is a semi-hardcore HORDE raiding guild on Illidan-US With a 2day raid schedule our goal is simple "CUTTING EDGE" each tier! We believe that with the right people and leadership it is possible to clear more content than guilds that raid 3+ raid nights.
<DILFS> Goals:
1) Maintain a semi-hardcore raiding guild focused on progression. This guild was created based on friendships made in past raiding guilds and the guild will continue to thrive as long as World of Warcraft continues to exist. We are committed to clearing all mythic content each tier with the goal of achieving the highest possible ranking as a 2 day raiding guild.
2) Conduct raids in a professional, organized, coherent manner. The leadership has been raiding at high end game level for many years. We recognize that the success of raiding guilds often depend on making informed decisions, minimizing drama, and being prepared. Raid strategy is a collaborative effort in <DILFS>.
3) Establish a community. Part of the trial process in <DILFS> is making sure we are as good of a fit for you as you are for us. Most of the guild is in their mid-late 20s with "Young Guns". For that reason, we look for maturity, respect, and integrity when considering applicants. If you are a raid logger, we are not a good fit for you. If you love logging on to slay dragons and discuss if having sex with your clone is gay, you might be a perfect fit.

Raid Times:
Tuesday 7-10 pm CST
Wednesday 7-10 pm CST
Sundays are reserved for alt runs typically.
We do not do split runs or require alts to be prepared for raid.
Loot Rules:
We use a loot council system that rewards players based on attendance, performance, and attitude.
