All raid spots are competitive and we always review exceptional applications including players of any class, or unusual circumstances.

Researching fights beforehand. This involves PTR testing, reviewing logs, videos & streams of our competitors.

A strong sense of ownership over one's mistakes. The ability to say "I messed up, here's what happened, and here's what I plan to do about it".
