“Remorseless” Guild

<Remorseless> is a hybrid between hardcore and casual raiding, dedicated to finishing content before it gets nerfed and maintaining a good reputation for quality raiding on Lightninghoof. We are always looking for ways to improve both the guild, and ourselves as players. During progression we want to maintain a positive yet serious raid environment in the Guild as well as in each raid.

We want members who are willing to put forth the effort to succeed. This means doing your part in the encounters without complaining about your assignments. It also means figuring out how to maximize your effectiveness (be it healing, tanking, or dps) while doing your task. We want people who put the guild ahead of themselves and understand the concept of teamwork.

Recruitment:
What we are looking for:
-Skilled, dedicated raiders that are in it for the long haul.
-The ability to play all different specs of your class.
-Willingness to learn, and learn quickly.
-As close to 100% raiding attendance as possible, especially as an Trial Raider.
-Having all consumables readily available for every raid. This means flasks, potions, food, glyphs, and anything else you may need.
-You must be able to take constructive criticism.
-The ability to know when to act serious, but also have fun at the same time.
-OFFSPECS ARE HIGHLY ENCOURAGED

We aim to have a solid roster of people who we can count on every week. We never compromise when recruiting new players, and we'd rather raid undermanned than to go with a sub-optimal composition or try to carry a weak player along. Even if your specific class is not listed in our recruitment, and you feel you are an exceptional player and Remorseless is the right guild for you, feel free to fill out an application, as we hardly ever turn down quality applicants.

Our goal is to maintain a positive raiding environment, meaning that both Recruits and members of the guild treat each other with respect, even if they do not agree on something. Cockiness, disrespect, and all-around bad attitudes will not be tolerated, and we expect everyone to work together as a team while raiding even if they are not fond of another player.

Being an initiate in our guild means that we are trying to see how you perform in an intense raid environment and how well you fit with the rest of the guild. Trial Raiders are expected to maintain as close to 100% raid attendance as possible during their initiate period, which usually lasts about 4 weeks. Repeated absences reflect poorly upon a person’s availability and usefulness, and will usually result in guild removal.

We also enforce a no drama policy in guild. You are expected to treat other guild members and other people on the server with respect. Public bashing is prohibited. If we constantly find you spamming crude or unwarranted remarks on either forums or in game, you will be warned. Continued behavior as such is grounds for removal from the guild.

Thursday: 8:30pm - 11:00pm ST

Sunday: Off
