“Ambiguously Offensive” Guild

<Ambiguously Offensive> is now <Perpetuate>!We are currently recruiting for Shadowlands and we are a casual guild that does good-paced content in a friendly atmosphere. Our current goal is to be in the top 100 guilds on Mal'Ganis in Shadowlands. Our raid times will be Tues/Wed/Thurs from 7p-9p server.
To help us succeed, we have set the following principles:
-Have necessary game knowledge
-Understand that some may learn at a different pace and, if necessary, help them get to the level they need to be at
-Give 100% during raid times
-Have a positive attitude
-Work together as a team to overcome obstacles we encounter
-Be honest,we can only know about certain issues if we hear about them
-Form bonds with the people we raid with
-Give and receive constructive criticism
-Solve personal issues you may have with a guild mate in a professional manner outside of raid times
-Set goals and improve game performance to achieve those goals
-Understand that you may be sat for a raid night based on your performance or what the raid needs
-Take time outside of raid to do mythic dungeons or things necessary to gear characters and get a better understanding of the game and your own class
-Have fun!

Currently the guild is quiet as people are taking a break from BFA however there are occasional legacy achievement runs. We also run keys when we can and we are looking forward to a guild name change soon!

Our current plan is to start Shadowlands with having our Thursday raid times for log discussion and to talk about what we can improve on as a guild. If you are worried about not making raid times, we are understanding of IRL schedules and are okay with making some raid nights as long as we know about it ahead of time.
