“Core Gaming” Guild

Disclaimer: We are looking for individuals who are “serious” about Raiding in WoW and are passionate about the Raiding Scene in general. If you do not intend to make all of our Raids or just the Raids that you feel like attending, then you will be swiftly removed and replaced. We are a Raiding Guild first and foremost; we do not accept attendance issues or computer related issues, be here to Raid or do not waste your own time and ours.


<Core Gaming> is currently recruiting for our Core Roster for all Raids, primarily we are a guild preparing for Cataclysm. However, we of course take current content quite seriously and want to see all of the Heroic ICC25 Content before Cataclysm. We do expect our Raiders to “want” to be here to Raid and thus attendance issues are not tolerated. Having said that, <Core Gaming> will be a persistent Raiding Guild for the entirety of Cataclysm, if you are looking for a well lead and organized “long-term” Raiding Guild, look no further.

We are “always” interested in amazing individuals who are confident in proving their worth and have the patience and skill to compete for their Raid Slot.


What we expect from you:

While on Trial with us you will be evaluated based on three criteria. Reliability, Attitude and Performance. Please make sure that you can meet these before contacting us as you will be wasting your own time more than anything if you fail to do so.


1) Reliability

We expect all of our Raiders and Trials to be here to Raid (For All Raids). You know the schedule and times before joining us, “do not miss raids”. We are only looking for individuals who have absolute control of their Real Life situation as well as good enough Hardware (Computer) to be able to sustain proper Raid Attendance. This is NOT the place to attend whichever Raids you feel like and miss some here and there, expecting to get invited to Raids or get geared when you feel like showing up. You must “want” to Raid and be passionate enough about Raiding to take Attendance seriously.

We remove Trials upon missing “One” Raid. If you cannot make a Raid due to RL situation, In-Game Mail an Officer or the GM in advance.


2) Attitude

We are building a Raiding Team and a community of passionate Raiders who love to play together and kill big bosses for a long time (Cataclysm etc). We do not accept blatant elitism or big egos, if you display these signs you will be removed. Sexism/Racism is not tolerated; we are not little kids who get off on this. Do not whine about loot etc. If you are here for gear, it is NOT going to work out.

Do not represent the Guild in a bad way through PuGs or in General/Trade Chat.


3) Performance

We do have high expectations for all our Raiders, we are looking to build a high performance Core Raid Team. You will be expected to be able to learn new Boss Mechanics quickly and handle them appropriately. Prioritizing movement on new encounters is also expected; do not die to stupid mechanics. Of course, you will be expected to put out numbers that are in line with you level of class, spec and gear.

As I am sure you do not want to play with baddies who wipe you all the, we expect you not to be one of those baddies.
