As Icecrown Citadel progression continues, SMS is looking to add a few competitive players to our ranks. Raiders should be knowledgeable on all current fights and be able to perform their roles well. As we have seen so far in current, raid awareness is key and you will not survive without it.
SMS is fairly laid back in the sense that we only raid 25 man content two days a week. With that in mind, we take our raids seriously and expect everyone to be on top of their game during those times. Raiders are expected to always be working to improve themselves - researching your class and other ways you can benefit the raid. You should be able to take criticism and learn from it. If you aren't doing something right, you will be told to fix it.
These are our current recruitment needs. Keep in mind that gear is easy to acquire and applicants should have a minimum of around ilvl 245/251+, should be properly specced, and have all the best gems/enchants/glyphs. If you are keyboard turning and/or clicking, you will not make it through ICC.
Raid times - Tuesday and Sunday @ 730-11 pm server time.
