About Us:

Formed in 2008, Turmoil is a guild that lies in a comfortable medium between Hardcore and Casual. Some may label it Serious, but we don't take ourselves or the game that seriously. Our roster is comprised of highly-skilled players who appreciate the game for what it is. A game. We enjoy a high level of comradery and being a member of this guild requires a bit thicker skin as raiders are constantly keeping the raid night entertaining at one another's expense. Our progression is a by-product of hanging out on any given raid night, kicking back with some hilarious friends and having a great time. Admittedly, our current progression is behind in comparison to our track record of other content releases, but this is temporary and has been due to a cycling of our raid roster in search of staffing the last few positions with exceptional players who also vibe with the rest of the guild. Not always an easy find.

We run a lean raiding roster of dedicated players and aim to have an absolute minimum of players on standby, therefore near 100% attendance is asked of our members. Full expertise of your class is a must, we expect you to be knowledgeable and skilled enough to compete with the rest of the members without instruction or hand-holding. Come prepared, optimized within your means and have a chill, humorous, non-emo attitude and you will thrive with us. We are a zero-drama, laid-back guild free of elitism and politics. Raid-wide democracy rules and leadership is transparent and fair.
