About Master Plan
Bringing together a network of former top US raiders (and their friends) who had become friends over many expansions and years of play, we have a drama-free, highly skilled, team where everyone is motivated towards a successful raiding experience.
We are a newer guild made of friends who have been connected since The Burning Crusade or early Cataclysm. Over the years we've maintained contact, played together across realms and guilds, and consistently held like perspectives and expectations for raiding. In Legion, rather than wishing we could find a team that fulfilled our raiding desires, we finally came together to create the team we'd been seeking.
Our immediate goal is to complete all content while it is still current and relevant. Our eventual goal is to complete content within the US top 100 rankings while playing a 9-hour/3-day schedule.

Expectations
• High parsing raiders who are mechanically skilled
• Impeccable raid attendance with minimal raid absence
• Showing up prepared with all of the consumables one will need for an evening's raid activities
• An extreme enjoyment from killing and motivation to kill pixelated bosses
• Focus and attention during progression raids
• A serious approach to killing bosses during all raids
• Raiders who study their class (and other classes) and are constantly striving to improve their skill
• Raiders who study fights in advance and show up prepared knowing raid strategy
• Confidence in trying new strategies and "figuring it out" for fights we may have not anticipated trying
• Raiders who communicate and collaborate but are ready to focus and drive a strategy once the raid leader has determined what we're going to try
• Raiders who are active, social, loyal, and want to be a part of a team and group of friends
• Friendly and fun personalities with no dramatic outbursts
• Tolerance for “offbeat” personalities
• Welcoming of all cultures, sexes, and races
• Thick skin for joking around, teasing, and adult language or discussions
