About Us
We believe and strive in creating a competitive yet laid back atmosphere. One that allows motivated and skilled players to succeed and less inclined raiders to learn in lower difficulties before contributing in the higher end content. Progression is front and foremost our desire and goal as we continue our adventure in BFA. As such we take great self-pride in our own individual performance in both raiding and preparing for the coming content. We're not about carrying people, and we want recruits that feel the same way. At the end of the day people shouldn't be content with being on the bottom. Everyone should be striving to perform their best and realize that under performing is a detriment not only to yourself, but to the 19 other people trying with you. Because of this you have to be able to check your ego at the door if you want to raid with us. Being told you're doing something wrong or your dps/healing is low should be met with understanding and desire to fix the problem rather than rebuttal or depression. We all have bad days. Sometimes it just happens. Improving raid to raid is something we all do.
You pull your weight and we'll pull ours.
Our previous raid during legion ended at world 900 and below which we hope to improve to around the 500-700 area.
What We Offer
Proactive Problem Solving.
If we believe a strat we've created is bad after using it for a couple of attempts. We're gonna change it on the fly. We don't throw our heads into the wall because of ego or refusal to be seen as wrong. As such we have a contribute by committee type of approach. Everyone's idea is heard and considered.
Motivated and High Effort Players.
Most of the time we raid six hours a week. As such we tend to make the most of our time both inside game and out. Watching video's, reading strats, coming to raid prepared. These are all simple, common things that don't seem to take focus anymore. We don't tolerate laziness.
Progression Oriented Approach.
That means the raid comes first. If a fight calls for a certain number of ranged or more of a specific class. Chances are we're gonna try and stack it to make life easier for ourselves. If it just so happens that a certain encounter is particularly bad for your class. You should be understanding of that fact you may be benched for that fight. It's nothing personal. Just something that might have to be done for the benefit of the group. As such to prevent people from sitting on the bench when we don't want them to we're active about gearing up alts of ours. Though it's not mandatory, it certainly helps to have another 120 to play. Preferably a ranged dps as very few fights call for extra melee. Alternatively, if you're a hybrid, having your ranged gear set somewhat geared is a definite plus.
