Parse is a 20 man, 3 night per week Alliance raiding guild on
Sargeras US. All leadership members have a long history with World
of Warcraft and the PvE scene.
We are interested in raiders that are looking to push competitive numbers while simultaneously being able to adapt to mechanics.
At the end of the day, WoW is a game, so it's suppose to be fun. We want to bring our a-game to raids, but we try to laugh and have a good time as well. We also do different things such as PvP or achievements, and play different games together, so we're more like a social group instead of a WoW Guild. We want people that are also interested in being a part of that, because that makes a solid core.

Tuesday 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM ST (9-12:00 EST) (6-9:00 PT)
Thursday 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM ST (9-12:00 EST) (6-9:00 PT)
Sunday 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM ST (9-12:00 EST) (6-9:00 PT)
Loot System
We use Loot Council to distribute loot. Factors include but are not limited to raid performance, attendance, previous loot received and significance of upgrade.
Requirements
1. Good attitude and good humor
2. Able to maintain a minimum of 85% raid attendance
3. Discord (discord app for phones optional but recommended for quick communication)
4. Research every boss fight BEFORE stepping into the raid. Boss strategies are normally posted in our discord server
5. Striving to always improve and able to receive constructive criticism
6. We expect members to be an actual member of the guild and not just someone who shows up three times a week only to raid. At the same time we do not expect everyone to spend all their time on WoW and none of us are about that either. Checking in periodically in discord and on WoW will help you get to know your fellow guildmates and become a better team.
