“Kupo” Guild

Kupo is an Alliance raiding guild. We are a semi-hard core raiding guild. We are currently recruiting for 1 HEALER for Dragon Soul 10 man HEROIC Progression.


Our current progression (as of 22/02/2012) is:

5/8 Heroic Dragon Soul 10 man (Server first kill of H Zon'ozz & H Ultraxion)
8/8 Normal Dragon Soul 10 man (Server first kill of every boss including Madness)
6/7 Heroic Firelands 10 man
7/7 Normal Firelands 10 man + Meta Achieves


Openings as of 22/02/2012:

Resto Shaman (preferbaly with Elemental offspec)
or
Holy Paladin

We do not have openings for other spots, but other players are welcome to apply to join the guild - to be called in as Standbys if necessary, and perhaps we will eventually start up a second 10 man team.


Requirements:

-Applicants should be exceptional players with experience and skill.
-The applicant should be familiar with all aspects of their spec (and class).
-Previous raiding experience is required, preferably at least 6/8 Normal DS 10, otherwise heroic Firelands experience (pre-4.3) may be acceptable.
-The prospective raider must be friendly and willing to learn, accept constructive criticism and continuously strive to improve.
-Raiders are expected to be punctual, attend all raids and do their homework without needing to be babysat.
-The applicant's gear item level should be at, above or close to 385. Exceptions can be made for truly exceptional players.
-We prefer someone with fairly flexible with raiding times, available to stay longer hours on at least one day, and able to adjust with shifts in raid times to other days if external circumstances require us to.


Raiding times:

Server time 7.00 PM on Tuesday - Thursday.
We are fairly flexible with raid times, but we generally go for about 4 hours. If we have extra time we hit up old content (Heroic Firelands, Sinestra, even older raids etc.) because we're awesome like that. Attendance is compulsory for all Dragon Soul runs, otherwise flexible. We are fairly lenient on the occasional real life time conflicts (as long as warning is given in advance), which is why we prefer our raiders to be flexible on timing where possible.

The guild provides repairs, food, flasks for all raiders, as well as gems, enchants, and in most cases crafted BoEs. In return raiders are asked to be considerate in their usage of guild bank funds, and small contributions are encouraged.
