<R E D E M P T I O N>, with the edgy spaces and everything, is recruiting DPS/Healers for Mythic Raiding!

About Us:
We are a guild that has existed on Spinebreaker-Alliance since Vanilla. Raiding each expansion, except for our break during WoD, on the semi-cutting-edge of Blizzard's progressive-PvE content. We pride ourselves on taking raiding-time seriously, getting kills, not dying to the same mechanics over-and-over, and generally bettering our play-styles. Yet at the same time, still having a fun, lighthearted and banter-filled time during our raid is a must to break the monotony.

Current Legion Progression:
H:NH - 9/10
M:EN - 4/7

H:ToV - 3/3
M:ToV - 0/3

Raids days and times:
Tuesday and Wednesday - 10:30EST (7:30PST)
Sunday - 8:30EST (5:30PST)

Class Roles Currently Needed:
Everything is listed in preferential order to fill our empty spaces, but we are accepting all classes and specs of individuals who show up to more than 1-2 progression-raids a week. We are all adults who have families, lives, jobs, classes, finals, and other /vg/ to play; attendance is not mandatory but our new goal as a Legion raiding guild is to try and build a consistent core within our server-cluster so that we can finally step into mythics as a guild and crush some bosses. Please be open to changing specific talents as the raid needs.


Overall, for everyone, the guild is primarily looking for: people in the range of 250k+ HPS and 15-30% OHing or 250+k DPS for H:ToV, and 300k+ DPS for M:EN. If you are not there, we want to work with you to improve and grow, together, with the guild.

Consumes:
These first five are generally expected to be going at all times starting with the first boss pull. The last, however, is for maximum YARRRRRs!
-Flasks
-Well Fed: Stat, class, and spec appropriate, 375 food only
-Defiled Augment Runes
-Vantus Runes: As we move into mythic, the guild determines what boss we will use the rune for during the week
-Pre- AND mid-fight potions: Deadly Grace, Old War, Prolonged Power, etc.
-Savory Deviate Delights

Gear:
We encourage our members to sim their new shiny pieces of gear with the AskMr.Robot addon and website combination. For the later, our guild does have a premium subscription that you may join in on as well. We all understand the hypothetical of, 'a new 880 piece might be !@#$tier than your currently equipped 840', so we are not a guild where iLvl is the judgement-of-skill of the player.
