Balanced Chaos

Our purpose is attaining AOTC in every season, as well as obtaining KSM for anyone interested. We're starting to get a little PvP action going as well.
We have a dedicated AOTC team with plans for progging some Mythic if possible. We also do weekend fun runs, whether its taking alts into the current raid on Normal, or Hero, or doing mog runs, having M+ contests etc.
We have an active discord where we also promote other games to play outside of WoW including Phasmaphobia, Amungus, and some DnD.
That being said, Discord is not a requirement UNLESS you are planning on raiding, or doing higher end M+. We do encourage you to join however, as there are so many fun friendly ppl to interact with.

Progression is the main goal while maintaining an active community in and out of game.

Raid Days - AOTC

Tues/Thurs 8pm - 11pm Server (est)

Healers: Prevoker, Disc Priest
DPS: DK - Frost/UH, DH - Havoc, Hunter - MM, Devoker
Tanks: **NON DK**

We’re always looking for talented players regardless of position, so if you’re character is not on the priority list you can still apply. We are always in need of players for keys, as well as fill ins when ppl are out. You MUST be on Stormrage US to raid until next xpac when cross sever guild joining is made available - can be either Alliance or Horde, but on our server. Thanks!

To explain some on RCLoot Council on again/off again - we've had issues in the past where ppl simply see that open NEED option & take the item. We believe in fairness where team loot comes in. It will be run by the Raid Leads who only want the best for the team as a whole. RCLC will be removed once everyone has an idea how loot distribution is run.



Showing up to raid on time

Please let leadership know if you're going to be out as soon as possible - Real Life happens, we get it.

Researching the encounters before raid, and be willing to learn Guild strategies

During Progression Boss Encounters COMS ARE CLEAR outside of Raid Lead, tanks & Heals if necessary. If you die, or something occurs, hold it until fight is over. During trash, as long as we're progressing through, chat is encouraged.

We appreciate preparedness w/consumables, we will provide them if we have them.

Mistakes happen, no one is perfect. Just learn from them and improve! If you need additional help/suggestions, Leadership is always open for a chat including understanding logs, performance and other issues that might arise.

Personal of course. IF you don't need the item, let LEADERSHIP KNOW and we can set up a roll for others who might.

How does the guild handle BOEs?

BoE's are yours. Should you want to give it to a teammate, that is appreciated but not required. You can also hold it and put it in the guild vault after raid if you want to donate for funds. Again, if you want to give it to someone, let LEADERSHIP know in whisper and we can set up a roll for said item.
