Honor and Arms (HnA) is a raiding guild consisting of
multiple sanctioned 10man groups. Though unconventional, we have no
official application/recruitment processes since the release of
Cataclysm. This does not mean we do not allow others to join us. In
fact we would enjoy seeing more raiding teams in our guild. It’s
merely that we would prefer accepting entire 10man teams that are
looking for a place to call home (aka a level 25 guild) with
leniency of accepting smaller groups that we feel can get a raid
group off the ground with a little effort.
Each 10man is given its own rank (order of rank has no bearing since all are equal), a guild bank tab, forum on website, and appoints 2 officers to deal with meta-matters of their team which also gives them a voice in the overall guild. Raid times are determined by your group and recruiting for your team is handled by your officers, but many others are always willing to help. There will always be some level of competition between teams, but as long as it’s held at a friendly level the guild benefits overall as members strive to do their best.
With the release of Fire-Lands we believe now to be a good a time as any for new 10man groups to join us, even if they haven’t finished the tier11 content they can continue it as long as needed with some support from our members.
