“Nephilim” Guild

Nephilim is a guild for, by and of the people who wear the tabard. We are focused raiders who realize that World of Warcraft is a game and the number one rule for any game is having fun. Nephilim members understand that this game should never feel like your second job. But because we are raiders, we understand and appreciate the value of teamwork and dedication. We want a guild full of contributors, socially, professionally and collaboratively. We will give you our very best and expect the same from all members.

Who we are:

•We are people with families, children, careers and priorities who set aside time to enjoy the game from time to time.
•Our ages range from puberty to retirement.
•We are law enforcement officers, teachers, accountants, real estate agents, architects, business owners, writers, administrators, nurses, public relations execs, lobbyists, students, soldiers, retirees and more.
•Our members can be found on Capitol Hill, on a Hawaiian beach, raising the flag of Texas, in the hills of Tennessee, in a Manhattan cafe, serving the country overseas, cheering for the Sox in Fenway, in the mountains of Maine, at home in the steel city, singing O Canada at the ice rink and everywhere in between.
•We speak English, Russian, Japanese, Spanish, French, German, Tagalog, Southern, Yankee and Slang.
•We are a group of people who genuinely enjoy playing with each other and the family that we've become.
If you are a person who is looking for hardcore raiding or the next ultimate “leet” piece of gear this is NOT the home for you. We’re more ”Funcore.” (trademark pending)

Can you be one of us?

•Our members know that standing in the fire = bad, watching the threat meter is a way of life, and that no matter how good they are our healers cannot heal stupid.
•Our members know that the game can get stressful, so we like to have fun in our raids while focusing on the task at hand.
•We have an active Ventrilo and forum community; we’d like to get to know you and have you do the same.
•Our members take the time to research the best items, gear, specs, buffs and weapons for themselves, are not averse to re-speccing for complementary talents, make frequent donations to the guild bank and offer their professional services (leatherworking, blacksmithing, etc.) to each other readily. Don’t be afraid to ask questions.
•We’ve worked hard as a guild and community, so we appreciate members who value our security by using authenticators.
