<Pylon> is focused on progressing through the highest tier of
content while also keeping to 6 raid hours a week. To do this we
highly value raid prep, research, and out of raid practice. We
started Mythic raiding in March 2021 are a CE focused guild.
The ideal raider will properly prepare themselves and their character before raid. Putting in reasonable time to improve and research their class mechanics outside of raid. While also putting in time to gear up through non raid sources such as M+ or PVP. During raid we try to respect everyone’s time by showing up on time and trying to stick to one team break after about 1-2hrs.
We are looking for more players to allow for more raid flexibility and to make sure that IRL events to not hinder the group. Ideally, we are aiming to have a 24–26-man roster.
All spots are competitive, we look at mechanics, raid awareness, DPS/HPS, as well as effort shown outside of raid.
