Chilly Willys is a guild/community looking for down-to-earth, high quality players who are easy to have a good time with while progressing together. Our community is always looking for new friends to raid, dungeon, and chill with- regardless of if you'd like to join the guild or not. Our raid are a good balance between the seriousness of progression raiding without sacrificing fun or introducing the toxic ego or negativity. Chilly Willys is proudly an inclusive, diverse, non-toxic community. Players who raid with Chilly Willys are always treated as more than just a cog in the machine. We encourage and give players opportunities to learn from their mistakes and self-improve before resorting to benching. We are currently looking for more exceptional players and personalities to join us in 10.2!

DRAGONFLIGHT RAID RECRUITMENT/REQUIREMENTS:
While we do our best to situationaly/contextually monitor performance in our raids, repeated failure to meet our expectations or values may result in asking for improvement before being benched if necessary for the greater good of the team's progression.

Though we are very accommodating to players needs and requests, to ensure progression for the rest of the team we encourage players wanting to raid with us to have EITHER - prior raid experience, a good history of parses on majority of your kill encounters, or wait until an officer has determined you are ready to join us on current content. For a more clear explanation of our values and expectations for raiders, contact a guild officer. Toxicity is not tolerated in a Chilly Willy raid.
