YEP is a newer laidback guild with Semi-Hardcore Players. We value the community above all else. Despite being community based, we always look to play at the highest level possible and are looking to push CE this tier!

Raid Times/Days: Tues/Wed/Thurs 10pm - 1am EST

Current Progression: 6/10M SoD 10/10H SoD

Requirements: 10/10 Heroic this tier is required and some Mythic experience is preferred. TEAM PLAYER MENTALITY and GOOD ATTENDANCE above all else.

Needs: HIGH PRIORITY ALL RANGE CASTERS, WARRIOR, AND A HEALER. (Though all capable Player’s encouraged to apply! )

Trials: Trial raiders are brought in depending on the needs of the fight and raid team for the night. They may be sat for progression. Trials are required to have 100% attendance for the duration of their trail, which is typically 2 weeks.

Loot: We use Loot Council for any gear that is tradable. Trials are not blocked from getting loot, but they are on a lower priority. Any BoE items that drop are given to the raid leader (Unless an immediate Ilvl upgrade) then sold on the AH to fund consumables for the raid with a 70-30 split, 70 going to the Player who got the drop.
