Mythic raiding guild on US Stormreaver Horde. Our main goals are to
clear content while it's relevant, work towards raid efficiency,
and strive for self improvement. We use an officer Loot Council
that distributes loot with the goal of furthering progression.
Raid Times
We take time off for holidays and very rarely add extra raid days for progression.

• Be open to constructive criticsm
• Work towards furthering your character power outside of raids
• Meet our expectations (See Below)
Expectations
We require all raiders to meet these expectations in order for us to achieve our goals.
Performance - Have a strong understanding of your class and raid encounters. You should constantly be looking to analyze your performance and make improvements.
Preparation - Come prepared with consumables, knowledge of the raid encounters, and a functioning UI. We provide strategies, guides, and discussions about bosses before we reach them on our forums.
Reliability - Maintain 95%+ attendance. Frequent absences/lateness hinder our ability to succeed as a raid. You must notify officers ahead of time if you'll be missing or late.
