“Flynns Arcade” Guild

<Flynn's Arcade> - Tichondrius - We are a progression guild looking to fill out raid spots, we're currently 10/10 Heroic Nighthold. We plan to clear most of Mythic NH before ToS

Raid Days: Friday/Saturday 9:00pm-12:30midnight (server time)

Recruiting Needs:

DPS:

Ranged - High Demand, Melee Low Demand

Healer:

High Demand Priest, monk, or shammy is preferable

Tank:

High Demand Need 1 Tank to finish core spot

We started this guild with a group of in real life friends and we're looking to recruit more people in the guild to progress through the upcoming Night Hold raid and also start doing mythic raids. We also constantly run mythic+ through out the week. We have a core group of 12, but our goal is to eventually have a solid 20 man raid.

Expectations of you:

Show up on time, prepared with flask, food, gold for repairs, re-roll tokens, knowledge of class and upcoming encounters.

Inform the raid leader or an officer if you are to be late or absent. Communication is key.

Have the capability to use voice chat (discord). Having a mic is preferred, but the capability to listen is mandatory.

Able to correct mistakes and avoid repetively making the same mistakes.

As mentioned above, we only raid twice a week so we are looking for like minded raiders who are in search of a group that wants to progress through the content, but without the pressure of raiding several nights a week. With the raid week being as short as it is, attendance and dedication is very key to the group's success. We want people that are willing to commit.
