The Mission
Triad is a WEEKEND raiding guild that prides on short yet efficient raid. Unlike most other weekend guilds, we are fully capable of clearing end game content. We feel that if everyone plays their best and research ahead, there is no need to raid more than our current schedule of 8 hours per week. However, due to this short raid schedule, everyone is expected to minimize mistakes which could cost the raid valuable raid time. While everyone makes mistakes, repeated mistakes are unforgivable. To clarify, repeated mistakes do not mean that that it is fine for everyone in the raid to make the same mistake once. This is especially important during learning encounters where people should be learning off of other's mistakes and not simply your own.
The Guild
Triad is a Pre-BC guild with a strong core that have been tested through many challenges that a typical guild would face. We are mainly composed of college students and professionals who cannot dedicate our time to raid during the weekdays due to school and family. We are highly reputable on the server for such businesses dating back as far as MC where we sold gear for gold/dreamfoil to BC bear runs to selling OS+3 drakes, etc... The Server
Tichondrius is a high population release server. While we suffer from server wide lag from time to time, it is a good trade off for the amount of successful pugs as well as guilds throughout the day. Our pugs run throughout the day as well as late into the night.
The Raid
Loot System
We operate under loot council where loot will be distributed with a focus towards progression and CURRENT performance with very little emphasis on past performances and sonority. Trial members are generally on a defaulted basis until we feel that you will be a good fit in our raid and can put the loot given to you to good use towards our progression. With the current state of the game and the frequency of gear reset, if you raid for loot and personal progression, this is not the guild for you.

*All applicants must be 350+ ilvl equipped. Exceptional players are always welcome.
