We're currently looking to add a few more to our roster for 10-man progression raiding in Cataclysm.

Applicants need to:

Be dependable / reliable
Be interested in raiding and downing bosses, and driven to succeed
Be able to take constructive criticism and always look to improve themselves
Know their class and be flexible enough to switch roles if the group comp needs it
Avoid standing in the bad
INTERRUPT THAT CAST!

About us:

We are a hardcore progression guild during raid times.
We are 62% more awesome than your last guild.
We are not after server firsts.
We are after consistant progression from week to week.
We want to clear all content, however we don't want raiding to feel like a job.
When we aren't raiding, we like to chat/joke on Vent and level/gear our alts.


Raid Times:

Tuesday ,Wednesday and Thursday
6-9PM PST (9-Midnight server)


Note: We run a rotating roster. Understand what this means before you apply.
This is different from "Team + bench warmers" in that the "alternates" are rotated in on a somewhat regular basis to keep them sharp. Something comes up, people take breaks...we understand that, but we have to have somebody ready to come in.

We want to raid, keep raiding, keep progressing.

Recruit open for players with gear ilevel 333-346 (BiS or close to it) properly gemmed/enchanted/reforged.
