recruiting to move from one 10 man raiding guild to 2 10 man
teams.
- We are currently looking for a raid healer and dps to fill our raid team.
- We are always looking for exceptional players of any class. Currently recruitment is openings and you feel you have the abilities to perform above and beyond with <Bloodbathed and Beyond>
- We prefer quality over quantity. This involves not only evaluating skill and motivation, but also the potential to mesh with the other personalities in our guild to maintain our tight-knit camaraderie. We understand that no one has an unlimited amount of playtime and as your leaders we are always responsible in using that time; of course, we expect the same in return.

****Our Expectations****
- <Bloodbathed and Beyond> has always been proud of our progression with our casual raiding schedule. Raiding is still our main focus in MOP, and is something we take seriously.
- With raiding being our main focus in MOP, that doesn't mean we are not going to enjoy some of the other new aspects of this expansion as well.
- As a member of <Bloodbathed and Beyond> you are expected to come prepared with the best enchants/gems available for your class/spec, full consumables and use them. We expect you to know your class inside-out and be able to consistently show/perform them. Go above and beyond, perform in situations where others are counting on you to do your job correctly and maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism and wipes. You are also expected to study and come with a good understand of the current progression we are on.
- You must run Ventrilo during raids, and you should have a mic that you’re ready to use! We like vocal members who actively contribute both during and after raids.
