“Disappointed” Guild

<Disappointed> was formed from a group of tight knit friends who have been raiding and enjoying the game since BC/LK eras.

Saturday / Sunday, 10pm - 1am EST/server.

Optional Farm Raid
Friday, 10pm - 1am EST/server

Optional Alt Raid
Monday, ~9pm - 12am EST/server

We are looking for those willing to join our semi-hardcore weekend raid for Mythic progression. We want folks who like to play with their all and enjoy themselves while doing it. We keep things simple and straight forward and set that example with our personalities and relaxed guild atmosphere.

What do we expect from you?

Our members know their class and have general knowledge about a boss before we begin pulling. There is no room or time for micromanagement, nor does anyone want to get managed. It greatly helps when everyone brings strategies, suggestions and ideas to the table during a raid. It's great to hear discussion when trying to down a boss.

We are all adults playing a game for enjoyment. We're not here to extend your job into a game, despite how difficult that may sometimes be. The goal is to conquer the most difficult content in this game and have fun doing it.

Your attendance is needed for our raids to succeed. We ask for ~80% attendance rate per member.

Our bench allows folks to take off when needed. We will rotate members per boss taking each person into account. Please be patient with us while we try to be fair to everyone.

What can you expect from us?

We make the most of both of the days we have available. Farm content will be downed on Friday to allow for the more important bosses to be killed on Saturday and Sunday. This also ensures we have as much time for progression as possible. It's our goal to progress and we're here to down Mythic bosses.

Our officers will always be doing their best to represent a leadership role and are here for the sake of the guild. It's a thankless job that we ask for your patience on, whether it be with loot council or strategy development. We're always willing to hear suggestions for improvement and extend that into our members by empowering them to take on roles they feel comfortable with.
