semi-hardcore progression for Cutting Edge every tier.
Raid Days and Times:
Tues/Thurs 9:00pm-12:00am EST. We do an optional Wednesday raid where we clear the previous raid difficulty.
Current Progression
Aberrus: 8/9M 9/9H
Raiding History
CN: 8/10 M
SOD: 10/10 M CE
SOFO: 11/11 M CE US 404
VOTI: 8/8M 8/8H CE US 447
Team Philosophy
Say No More is a little different than the average raid team. Our priority as a progression team is to be a team in the truest sense of the word. We all play other games together in off-hours. A lot of us have met in person. We don't want a roster that only interacts with one another inside our scheduled raid nights. We don't want a roster who can't speak about interpersonal or performance issues with their teammates and officers. We don't want any "Us versus Them" or "Me vs the Raid Lead" scenarios. We value our raiders' suggestions and opinions and, as such, any raid policy changes are based first and foremost off of our members ideas. With that in mind, SNM does not have a stereotypical heirarchy. There is no singular person who runs the day-to-day of the raid team. We have a group of people who share the responsibilities of ensuring we have the best shot at Cutting Edge in the current tier. Jarude is the shotcaller, and has the final say with regards to boss strategies, but all other team decisions, such as rosters for specific fights, recruitment needs, preliminary strats, etc. are worked on by a group council.
