I rerolled to DPS at the start of SoD and I would like to continue that. I was officer/co-raid leader in the current guild, I don't want to do that anymore because it makes me play like shit to make sure other people play correctly. I am looking for a guild that has good social atmosphere as well as progress focused environment.

Current character: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/kazzak/lenisboom
CN character: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/kazzak/lenisdh#zone=26 - (we didnt do any reclears so logs kinda bad, I don't like focusing on logs while on progress, I think that's trolling)
My bfa character: https://www.warcraftlogs.com/character/eu/kazzak/lenisxp?zone=24&new=true
Pushed keys in BFA as well:

https://raider .io/characters/eu/kazzak/Lenisxp#season=season-bfa-3

I just started playing DPS this tier and was raid leading outside of the group because I didn't feel comfortable to play well but I think it was a mistake. Other people make plenty of mistakes and I didn't get experience on first bosses as well as learning to play new class/role took a lot longer to perform.
