We stand for "Animus & Gravitas" the two guild ideals, being Bravery/Courageousness/Success and Seriousness in what we do, a great mission statement and an excellent name for a guild hoping to achieve some realm history over here. Because of the large amount of interest in our guild we have formed 1 serious weekday core and 1 serious weekend core. The information surrounding these can be found below. WE ARE NOW 2/7 Mythic 7/7 HEROIC AND 7/7 NORMAL

Our Cores:
Main Core = Mon/Wed/Thurs 19:30-23:30 Server Time led by Myself (Abshalom)
Weekend Core Times = Saturday/Sunday 14:00-18:00 Server Time (Co-lead by two experienced raidleaders).
Casuals = Any days though I would hope for you to be involved in the weekend project if not, regular puggs and using the main cores flexible 10-30man scaling to join our heroic farms etc.

What I need from you:
-Dedication (be available for the raids and wish to be involved in the project <AnG Gaming>
-Attendance (being online for the raid days - Mon/Wed/Thurs 19:30-23:30 ST Hardcore & Sat/Sun 14:00-18:00 Weekend Core.
-Gear (though gear is not everything I need everyone to work on their gear to be optimized for raids) – Currently taking a cap of 635+ ilvl.
-Knowledge of class (this means reading up on changes, speccs etc.)
-Knowledge of encounters (guides will be posted but also checking the dungeon journal for mechanics and understanding how the fight works prior to a raid speeds up the progression ten fold)
-Social Side (be a communicator, people who communicate can respond and reply to the raidleader and other players to help determine what the best course of action in an encounter will be)
-Sense of Humour (I'm British and we're sarcastic individuals, be prepared to have a laugh on TS)
-Take Constructive Criticism (if you cant take criticism then you're probably better off not raiding, we're here to help and the common goal is progress)

What You'll Get From Us:
-Experienced Raidleader / Guildleader (Having raidlead almost every raid pre and post nerf with a few exceptions, i have good communication a clear British voice and am a very observant player ingame).
-Weekday + Weekend Cores: Two SERIOUS cores, One for the weekday players, and one for the Weekend players, lead by two good leaders that take the game seriously. The weekend core is not casual in performance, only in that it is at the weekend.
-A Dedicated group of Officers (Players who care about you, and the guild itself, hoping to get us as far as possible without too much seriousness)
-Fun Players (up for old content and talking about current events in-game and outside)
-A Mark on Bladefist/Frostwhisper/Zenedar (A chance for us to make a mark on the realm history and get our name across onto the WoWProgress Boards)
An Active Social Guild (We’re currently at 100+strong players casuals cores etc, with lots going on such as HC & Cmode farming & Clearing Highmaul)
