“Local Warlords” Guild

Who We Are
Local Warlords @ Emerald Dream EU , has been running since Winter 2014. Together we are strong socialized guild with a fresh raiding team. we are using lootcouncil mutually between the actual raiders and need before greed (MS / OS). Core raiders take priority over trials and pugs because we want to leverage our loyal and solid raiders as soon as possible, to get as much progression as a guild

We can offer you
· You get into a guild with semi- hardcore and fun raiding.
· A healthy guild bank that can Provide Flask, repairs, food and prepots to our raids!
· An active and social guild chat, with room for humor, fun and games !
· PvP ( arena), challenge modes and old raids will also be conducted in smaller forms.
· Raidleaders with HC and endcontent experience.
· Progress in current and future raids.
· Friendships you´ll never forget

What we expect of you as a raider
· You have a ACTING microphone and are not afraid to use it.
· We prefer that you have your meta -gem and ( legendary cape ) Not a MUST
shows a certain dedication to the game on your part.
· You must be geared (540 + ilvl ) and have some previous experience in raiding (from cata and up. )
· You must know your class and play it blindfolded .
· Do not be a rage - quitter type. Those we do not bother .
· You must have Teamspeak installed and sit on this during each raid .
· You must be able to communicate in English in case this becomes necessary.
· You are an ambitious, loyal player who would accept constructive criticism.
· You are prepared and show up for every raid - unless an officer/raidleader has been notified of your absence.
· Your well aware of tacs and will gladly provide input to the raid .
· You have situational awareness and know when to keep quiet .

Meanwhile gear can make a big difference , it's not what we prioritize most. In fact, we judge more from your participation , knowledge, experience and performance in the raid . All applications will be taken seriously and will be discussed among the officers. We are always looking for skilled players - even if they are not on our recruitment.
