Atlas was made in November 2014 by old members of stars of doom,
the intention was to make a fair raiding environment, where
everyone had a say and every decision was made towards the guilds
goal.
About us
We hope to one day be among the top 10 guilds on Magtheridon. We fancy our selves Semi-Hardcore, but I guess we could be called Casual-Core (if there is such a thing)..
Our raid team voted a goal and that is to clear Heroic content and achieve Ahead of the Curve achievements, and then if our numbers grow enough to accommodate, start on mythic progression.
Most our raiders are 20+, and some have studies, others families. We can accept trials of players of the age 16 and above, but we do require said person to act maturely and within our guidelines.
We are mostly from the UK and Scandinavia, but also have players from Serbia, South Africa, Latvia, Belgium, Portugal and other countries.
Progression
Since the formation of Atlas we achieved the following progress:
Siege of Orgrimmar: 9/14 Heroic (14/14 Mythic after 6.0)
Highmaul: 7/7 Heroic, 1/7 Mythic
Blackrock Foundry: 10/10 Heroic
Hellfire Citadel: 13/13 Heroic
Recruitment
3 Healers (Specified Above)
5 DPS (Specified Above)
We need an absorb healer (Priest or Paladin) and will look at any others (Monk or Shaman) we are full on Druids.
We need a variety of Melee and Ranged DPS and will look at all applications.
Attendance
We wish you to be able to meet our requirement of 66% avarage attendance weekly. We do have a understanding for Real Life commitments, however we would like to be informed ahead of time if possible.
Raid Schedule
Thursday, Sunday and Monday 20:15 - 23:00 Server time, we never extend by more then 1 extra attempt, and that is only on close calls.
Socially, we have a Normal "Current Tier" raid, that social members and alts can attend on wednesdays 20:15 - 23:00. We occasionally hold other events as well, at the same timeframe, but possibly other days.
