About us:
We are a guild formed of a mix of friends, previous guild buddies and new players who all have experience raiding high end content, and who wants to raid high content again - but without the drama and the attitude of hard core guilds. Our goal as a guild is to raid and complete the hardest content the game has to offer, in a chill manner with people who know what they’re doing and what’s expected of them. This is and will remain the goal, and therefore the atmosphere in raids is going to be chill, as long as improvement and progress is on the horizon.
Since we are all experienced with high end content, and what it takes to down it. We are also going to be progress oriented, which means we are going to call out when someone is failing a mechanic, doing something wrong or simply performing badly. If you cannot take constructive criticism or criticism at all this is not the guild for you.
We will raid 3 times a week. Wednesday Thursday Sunday. 20-23 Server time.

What we expect from you
You’re still reading which means you must like what you’ve read so far, and you’re wondering how you get to join this awesome group of people who have the same idea as you, of what you want out of the game.
We expect you to:

Know your class. This means correct rotation, bis list, stat prio, situational talents and applications of these as well as keeping up on the latest theorycrafting.

Show up on time, or inform that you are not there.
We will not use a calendar system, because we assume that everyone is showing up to every raid. Therefore signing for each raid should not be necessary. We expect 90%ish raid attendance, and that you inform an officer in a timely manner if you cannot be there for a raid.
Also we of course require that you bring your character fully prepared. Whatever entails in that changes over the course of patches, but if there’s something you can do outside of raiding to improve your characters performance during raids we do require you to do it.

Have a light mood and a calm temper
We consider the things above the requirements for having fun in a raid while progressing high end content. We don’t think its very fun when someone doesnt know their class or is repeatedly failing or not showing up on time. When that is taken care of, and everyone is ont he same page we expect the raid to be light, humourus and friendly. If you have a high temper and rage easily, or have sudden outburst or tend to lean towards personal insults we do not want you in this guild. And any direct attack on a guild members personal life will be considered a breach of the guild rules and result in a penalty.

What you can expect from us:
Consistent fun raids with active guild members who know their class and have the will and skill to progress high end content.
An officerbase that isnt corrupt or prioritizing any player over another, unless specifically specified (main raider > trial eg.)
A Loot Council oriented loot system, where loot is distributed based on attendance, performance, size of upgrade and amount of upgrades already received. Trying to balance out and distribute loot fairly.

Hope to hear from you soon!
