“Clowns Inc” Guild

How Clowns Incorporated were created:
We were a couple of friends from Executus, deciding to transfer to Stormscale and start our new adventures by creating our own raiding guild.
We have very experienced leadership in this guild, with a strong backround. Some of us have been playing since the very start of beta.

Moral and attitude is something we expect from all our raiders. Our intentions is to make everyone feel like they are home, since we have a huge social network we want to remain intact.(or sociality as our fine Heritaged prefer)
For instance, alot of people take ventrilo/skype in use on daily basis. Beign a part of a team is a must - but also your personality & how you get along with the rest of the team is important.

Following requirements are necessary if you want to be a part of our raiding squad:

You have to be dedicated to this game and have a very high attendance. As we are an 10 man guild, we cant affort 1-2 players not showing up. Also, we want the same people for each run if possible.

Raiding days:
Monday 18.30 - 22.00 (might push 30-60 minutes if we progress)
Wednesday 18.30 - 22.00
Thursday 18.30 - 22.00

Loot wise:
Loot council is being used, which we have decided because we find it most fair to sort loot over dedication, attendance, preformance, and need for the actual gear.

We demand some maturity in our guild. People going emotional over items or cannot take critism for improving his gaming, have no place in Clowns inc. There is, however, room for fun and jokes.

We want people to have the same gear as the current progressing situation we are currently at.
Understanding your class is a must too. Knowing stats priotising, rotation and burst, is something that we also is very strict on. We do not accept any sort of slacking performance wise.
If we decide to give you a trial spot in Clowns Inc, then something we demand is showing up with check on the movies on the boss encounters we are gonna progress if you didnt know them yet, patience, persistance, and compeeting with yourself to put higher numbers.

How we recruit:
We are not much into applications. We go for vent interviews, as we want to see if, the one that is joining is mature and got a good mentality. We go alot for personality.
