on track to doing so, while maintaining the same vibe.

Tokyo Tea Party is an unique (read:special) mythic raiding guild kept alive on blood, tears and pretty terrible puns: we maintain an excellent atmosphere despite adversity with DPSING spears. Steady improvement and progression, looking towards transitioning into a CE guild for 11.0.
We require people to be honest with themselves and us, try their best and come to raid prepared, with an expected raid attendance outside of special circumstances of 90%. Maintaining the good vibe is our utmost priority while ensuring we keep up the steady progress. Our goal is to have everyone be on a similar-ish skill curve, as we do not want to recruit for the bench.
