Returning group of players switching gears into more casual raiding. Show up prepared to raid as we only raid 2 days a week now and don't want to waste any time in such a small window. While CE is technically always a goal, the main goal here is to have fun while clearing w/e we clear as we are a lot more casual now. That being said, individual accountability still matters and you will still need to perform to a reasonable standard.
