Raids are 3 nights/week
Tuesday: 10PM-1AM PST
Thursday: 10PM-1AM. PST
Monday: 10PM-1AM PST
Occasionally we will put in attempts on non raid days for progression bosses that we are close to downing, but this is rare.

About Synthesis
Synthesis is an established progression focused guild heading into Mythic progression. We are dedicated and work hard to push progression. We encourage a fun, enjoyable atmosphere with jokes and banter, but members are expected to get serious during raid time and focus on the fight, as our goal is to down bosses as quickly as possible. Our members are experienced raiders and officers whom have raided together for multiple years.
Expectations of Members
We're looking for new members interested in serious progression that are consistent, reliable, team players, on time, and always improving, to be part of our guild for the long-term. If you're lacking in current tier gear or experience, be prepared to have an impressive application to be considered.
This means that:
Potential members must know their class and perform well. Our best members are passionate about their class and continually study and improve themselves to be better members of the team.
You are on time and have exceptional attendance. We need people that are reliable and that we can depend on to show up and help clear content even on days where we clear up to progression bosses.
A positive attitude and willingness to accept constructive criticism. Our goal is to help members improve themselves because it improves the team. If you mess up, you are expected to take responsibility, learn from it, and move on to be better. It's important that we can all get along, laugh, and joke with each other after raid. We're part of a team.
It isn't all about big dick DPS. You need to be able to survive, know your cooldowns, and know the mechanics. That said, we expect you to strive for your maximum DPS/HPS potential.
