“Get Your Crit Together” Guild

Get Your Crit Together (Bleeding Hollow - US) is a semi-casual raiding guild with a friendly and inclusive community. We’re looking for mature players with a proactive, team-oriented mentality, who are willing to learn and help each other. We are an AotC focused guild who occasionally attempts some early mythic encounters. Cutting Edge is not our goal.

We are actively recruiting for all roles while we wrap up Heroic in Vault of the Incarnates and look ahead to bolster our numbers ahead of patch 10.1. We are in need of additional DPS and healers. We can also use a backup tank or two.

Raid times are Tuesdays & Sundays, 10:30pm - 12:30am ET, 7:30pm - 9:30pm PT

We may be semi-casual minded, but we push progression! Opportunities are offered for both novice and veteran players in a friendly, fun, and inclusive environment. Our team can aid you to get and stay raid-ready provided you are willing to put in the work. We have players with diverse schedules who enjoy Mythic+ dungeons, PvP and other activities throughout the week.

We strive to create a fun, inclusive, and mature environment, where you can meet and play with others you can be proud to call friends. Wherever the game may take our team, we always to support each other.

​Requirements
Commitment:
Any applicant should have a good attitude towards raiding. If you become frustrated during progression or can not maintain a constructive mindset, then this may not be the guild for you. We encourage each of our raiders to improve their mains with a focus towards progression. Personal responsibility is essential.

Preparation:
You are expected to have a working knowledge of the fight mechanics before stepping into raid. Videos and guides are linked in our discord and Method Raid Tool notes are used in-game to provide guidance on the team strategies for each encounter.
Flasks, potions, buff food, and all consumables are required during progression. The expectation is that you come to raid with all items required.

Attendance:
We expect all of our raiders to show up on time and be prepared. During progression, we require two hours per night, two nights a week.

Communication:
World of Warcraft is a team game and communication is essential when raiding. Therefore, having a headset is a mandatory requirement. We use Discord for our voice chat. We are an English-speaking guild. Please note that we are a guild of adults with jobs. We strive to be respectful, but mature subject matter can and will come up in conversations.
