Note: We are moving to Kel'Thuzad on March 11. Please disregard the
stream of alts leaving the guild to level guild banks or

Planning for WoD:
Based on the Blizzcon announcements, 10H raiding will be dead in 6.0. <Royal Militia> is planning to continue raiding as a 20-player Mythic guild once it is the only option. In order for this to happen, we will need to expand our current 13-player roster to ~25 players. At this point, we are looking for exceptional players of any class/spec. Our plan for the transition from 10H to 20M is as follows:
12-15 Mains: Run 1x 10H raid, rotating all players in
16-22 Mains: Run 2x EQUAL 10H raids, using raid-geared alts to fill up both groups. Both groups will be equal! No shitty second group failing while the mains succeed.
23+ Mains: Switch to 25H, full time
6.0: 20-player Mythic Raiding
We are also actively interested in merging guilds with another successful 10H guild. Unlike most guilds looking for mergers, we are actually willing to compromise on server, raid days/times, loot system, leadership, etc. If you are interested, contact Mini#1532 or Jellog#1552.

The Short Version:
-Raid Times: 4 of Tues/Weds/Thurs/Sun/Mon, 8pm-12am EST (we pick which days work best for the group on a weekly basis).
-Guild Needs: We are currently recruiting any and all good players for WoD.
-Guild History: RM has been progression raiding since Molten Core. Many of the same players are still raiding today. We've cleared every instance when it was current, usually at or near the server first. We're a stable, mature guild with a focus on PvE progression without drama.
