Who We Are
Newly reformed for Mist of Pandaria, Des Decipio is a semi-hardcore Heroic 10 man Alliance progression guild on the US Darkspear Server. We are a guild full of members that are dedicated to helping each other and increasing the overall standings of the guild. We raid ten to fifteen hours a week on:
Wednesdays: 6:30 ST - 11:00 ST
Thursdays: 7:30 ST - 11:00 ST
Sundays: 7:30 ST - 11:00 ST
As a guild, we focus on both PvE and PvP, completing 8/8 Heroic Dragon Soul in the Cataclysm expansion while also achieving an RBG rating of 2700.
What We Look for in a Player:
Dedicated and focused raiders who are willing to put in time to down progression bosses.
Selfless play. Raiding progression is not achieved by where one individual may disregard doing fast target switches, and still expect to complete the encounter.
Communication, we are actively looking for players who will be vocal on vent when needed during encounters.
Executing perfect timing with your Rotation, Damage Mitigations, and Proper Positioning.
Willing to step out for a boss when needed. Sometimes we need to class stack to beat an encounter cause of some classes doing better, players who understand this concept are truly an asset to our guild.
Last but not least, following directions given to you by the raid leader. When it comes down to switching targets immediately, we cannot have players second-guess the orders. Paying attention and learning quickly makes all the difference.
What Des Decipio Provides:
Everyone is treated equally with respect and maturity which makes a great environment to be in. Raiding is all about having fun and this is something we try our best to ensure for our players, by doing both organized and unstructured activities.
Great competition, both internal and on a server scale. Des Decipio’s players are some of the best on the server. As such, the battle between our players for record-breaking rankings are fierce.
An unparallel thirst for progression. Des Decipio has recently began being a top contender in achieving server first and will continue to be as long as WoW exists.
One of our main goals is to improve its current and future players. It is our goal to realize the potential in all of our players. Des Decipio’s unique approach provides this opportunity to our players.
Our raid efficiency is our #1 priority. When its raid time, all focus must be directed perfect execution and co-operation. Time is not wasted arguing in-between pulls or making accusations; it is only spent preparing for the next pull.
