As an applicant, you are expected to make these days. Ten mans often raid at other times.
About us:
Desecration formed in May of 2010 as a 10 man raiding guild, but quickly progressed to end game content, finishing Wrath of the Lich King with a Heroic Lich King 25 kill. We constantly push new content and expect the most from our raiders while maintaining a pleasant and often rambunctious attitude during our off time. We use a loot council system that includes random raiders.
Recruitment Process:
Should your app be approved, you'll join as an applicant rank where we'll monitor your performance (DPS/healing/tanking ability, raid awareness, attendance, attitude). After we've determined your worth, you'll either be promoted to a raider rank or asked to leave the guild.
Recruitment Tips:
If you lack raid experience, you had best impress us with your knowledge of your class. The same is true if you have bad gear.
We demand excellence from all of our raiders. If you do not theorycraft or do extensive research to improve your gear and your playstyle, this is not the guild for you.
World of Logs goes a LONG way. It is by far the easiest way to tell if you're a good player or not.
NOTE TO TRANFERS/FACTION CHANGERS
We do kick people who do not pull their weight in raiding. We *highly* recommend posting a World of Logs along with your application to ensure this won't happen.
