About Us

<The Stonecutters> was formed in September of 2006 and since the beginning of TBC, we've been and continue to be one of the strongest and fastest progressing guilds on our server Hydraxis.

We are an end-game 25man raiding guild that is the most desirable guild to join not due to progression or elite status, but because of our comic atmosphere. We understand you play this game for fun and have lives away from the game. While we take our adventures seriously, they are still in fact, adventures in a fantasy world. Bring a sense of humor. You're going to need it. Trust us. Muhahahaha!

We raid Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday from 8:00pm to 11:30 pm Pacific, 9:00pm to 12:30am Mountain, 10:00pm to 1:30am Central, and 11:00pm to 2:30am Eastern. Yes, I figured make the math easier for everyone. :)

Who We're Looking For

We want people that can progress alongside the rest of the guild while having fun. You need to be able to follow directions while thinking on your own. We want to be able to expect that you have already researched the fights ahead of time so that we don't have to explain them in vent. You should know your class and specs inside and out. You need to be able to take constructive criticism and learn from it, as well as from your mistakes. You need to be a team player and always show up for raids completely prepared and on time with the correct spec, exliris, pots, enchants, gems, and glyphs (flasks are provided by the guild bank). You need to be able to make our raid times consistantly. Can your computer and internet connection take the stress of 25man raiding? And most important, do you know how to have fun?

Because real life gets in the way of people being able to play this game the way they'd like to, we are always searching for good additions that would fit in well with the rest of us. Regardless of what classes and specs we may be looking for at the time, we are always happy to check out any application.

Having gear for a second spec and being able to play that spec well is a plus.
