About Skill Required:
The guild used to be on Emerald Dream, but has been reformed on the winning server of Mal'Ganis!! Many of our core raiders are Defenders and are excited about pushing hardmodes! Asides from progression, we are a very laid back bunch of friends/family that want to make WoW a fun and challenging game to play .
Skill Required is a 10 man raiding guild, now converting to 25. We recently formed our core group from members of different guilds who want to achieve the same goal: hardmode progression. We are recruiting for various spots and will update what is needed often.
Our Raiding Schedule Is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7-11 Server Time. Invites go out at 6:45pm and First Pull is at 7:00pm.
We are looking for serious end-game raiders. Most of our members have multiple level 85's and are experienced in the hardest end game content in Cataclysm and previous expansions.
Your Requirements:
Raiding Experience:
Experience 12/12 + Heroic content Cataclysm raiding preferred.
Pre-Cataclysm raiding experience.
Don't stand in fire.
Proof you can pull over 15k Dps (This is Required).
Gear (This will be checked):
355+ilvl.
Gear is completely enchanted and gemmed with at least blue quality gems.
Gear is reforged to gain optimal stats, hit/expertise and other caps are met.
General:
Must be able to make our raid times and be on time.
Must come prepared with food and flasks.
Must research fights prior to raid and know your part as well as everyone else's.
Must download all required raid addons.
In short, we do not want to carry anyone. Everyone must pull their own weight, know their class, and want to be the best at it. We are aiming to be a top progression guild on this server and are recruiting only like-minded players. We are not elitists, we just expect to get content down.
