We are currently looking for a DPS, a healer, or a flexible DPS/Heal to round out our roster for Mythic raid team.
About Us
Our guild is made up, ironically, of mature adults who put the team above the individual. The most important thing for us is that a raider fits into our culture of team play, humor, and self-improvement. We’re usually pretty silly and crass during trash pulls, but we get right down to business when it comes to downing bosses. Most of our group is adults in our 20’s-30’s. There will be cursing, some raunchy humor, and back-and-forth discussion during raid. If you get offended easily by constructive criticism, we might not be the best fit for you.
What We Expect from You
We’re looking for players who constantly try to excel and are able to take constructive criticism. There is a strong sense of competition within the guild when it comes to performance. This includes not only DPS/HPS, but being able to perform mechanics efficiently and playing your class at a higher level.
Since we only raid three days a week, we don’t have a lot of time to spare! We expect you to be online 15 minutes prior to raid time so we can start forming. We understand that running late is a thing, it happens to everyone! Just make sure to use the Discord app and communicate so we know your schedule.
Loot
We use loot council for distribution of gear. We have a solid team of officers that take factors like attendance/performance/progression/BIS needs into consideration. No favoritism. Decisions are made to benefit the team, not to benefit a single individual. As a guild we have a strong core of raiders and we are looking to add more strong players to our mythic core.
