Requirements
Your gear, gem and enchant choices provide insight to us as to how knowledgeable you are of your class and your willingness to put in additional effort into your character. You should also know what a World of Logs parse is and how to get one.

It's also a bonus when hybrid DPS have a viable raid offspec for those rare occasions when one of our full-time tanks/healers have to miss a raid.

You must also be reliable as we require at least 85% raid attendance from all of our raiders. Your computer and connection need to be able to handle both current and future content. If you have serious, permanent issues with our raid days/times, we aren't interested.

We're looking for long-term raiders, so 1+ year of raiding experience (while not required) is a bonus, as is Vanilla/BC (pre-nerf) experience. We aren't looking for people that are just "trying out" raiding. You should know with relative certainty that you won't get tired or bored of playing your class/spec for the foreseeable future.

Finally, we're adults and we expect you to be as well. The average age of our raid team is early twenties and well over teenage angst and high school drama. Our raid team likes to have a good time while we kill bosses, so a sense of humour is a definite plus!
