“Minor Setback” Guild

As a guild, we are filled with plenty of friendly players with a mindset on progression, and having fun while we do it. As a fairly new guild, we cleared through heroic content like it was a breeze. We're going through some roster changes and are now recruiting for our core Mythic team.
This guild houses some of the most kind and genuinely enjoyable people to surround yourself around, we're active throughout the day (and even pretty late at night/early morning).. If you ever wanna do something outside of raiding, you are bound to find someone willing to hang out.

As a raid group, we are determined and progression minded but, that being said we want to have fun and enjoy our time on WoW. We're going to push our best, and try to be the very best we can be. We're going to push Mythic cutting edges. We're going to progress far and wide in this expansion. If you want to be part of this amazing group of friends, we will always be welcoming and accepting to any new recruits.

Let's get to the important stuff now, the raid requirements.

<Raid Schedule>


We raid during EST, or Stormrage server time

Thursday from 8 PM to 12 AM(Midnight) ~4 Hours

Sunday from 8 PM to 12 AM(Midnight) ~4 Hours

<Raider Expectations>

*Attendance is a big deal, if you can't attend the raid, don't expect to hold your position in the raid for long.

*Know your stat priorities, your rotation inside and out, and be expected to research your class

*A calm and concise attitude. If you're under preforming on a fight, don't fret if we reach out to you. We will try to help you before any further action is taken. We're not going to overreact if you mess up a single mechanic, but we will expect you to take criticism and step it up if called out, or ultimately benched.

<Loot Council>

As with many, many Mythic guilds we run a loot council that we leave up to the officers to coordinate based off stat priorities, and effort put into the raid. This council is not based off bias, it's based off a keen understanding of our raider's stat priorities.

WE DO NOT GEAR TRIALS. You will run a week, or two tops before you receive gear. As we will not gear someone whom may not work out for us, or maybe we won't work for you.
