Are you interested in a guild that ...
• Is about the people behind the pixels? We're way more interested in our applicant's personality than their experience or even skill level. Experience can be gained and skill can be taught. Personality is hard to change.
• Has fun events outside of just raiding? We have parties around major holidays, scavenger hunts, and other fun events.
• Has a positive learning environment? Our raids are rage free zones (well, except for warriors but they really can't help it). We are new raider friendly.
• Has a leadership team that has been together for years? All our officers have been leading Beatha since January 2006. We took a 3 year hiatus due to real life during WotLK.
• Is full of adults? Pretty much all of our guild is 20+. The only children in the guild are relatives of guild members.
• Likes to be social? We're usually always chatting with each other either in guild chat or mumble (or both). We enjoy hanging out together and it isn't unusual for our guild members to share Facebook info, Twitter, or even phone numbers. Once we even had a camping trip get together.
• Has fun raiding together? Marmots are punted. Golden bananas are thrown. Balls are tossed. Apparently we like to play with toys. Told you raid ADD was real. We like to kill bosses too though.
• Made it's own catch phrase to congratulate people. Join up with us and you can hear shouts of SHAY!

About Beatha Síoraí

We are more than a raiding guild, we're a guild of friends. Founded in January 2006, we have undergone many changes, including a server transfer from Shadow Council to The Scryers in January of 2007 as well as taking a 3 year hiatus starting during WotLK. Throughout all our changes, however, we have always maintained our focus on friendship and building a community of like minded individuals to play the game with. We welcome members of all levels: new and experienced players alike.

Due to the holidays, we have just started our raid progression. For our more experienced raiders, we have a dedicated raid team, Team Rabid Talbuk, that works on progressing through Normal/Heroic raid content. Our newer raiders will be starting in Team Doombunny, premade LFR/Normal, where we will work on teaching the skills they need to move up to the dedicated raid team if that's what they are interested in. We believe in working with all our members and helping them excel.

Outside of raiding we enjoy weekly PvP, parties around the holidays, RP events, scavenger hunts, and periodically we host server events (like Naked MC raids). Basically, we like having fun together. This is also why we don't recruit like most guilds out there. We're selective about who we bring in. We don't just invite anyone, we don't say "PM for invite", we look for folks whose personality meshes well with ours. We want people with positive attitudes who are looking to be part of a community of friends.
