Why Immersion?

Simple. Being a part of something great. Whether you wish to be a part of progression focused top 50 US guild, led by experienced raid leads where favoritism and politics do not exist. In an environment where you’re accomplishments are acknowledged and those who strive for greatness are rewarded in doing so. Or do you wish to PvP with those of Gladiator status or have a casual place to hang out with friends and family, Immersion can be for you. With a very strict no drama policy paired with the backing of Immersion Gaming you not only have the options of forming groups to advance in WoW but other gaming titles as well.

Our number one priority in Immersion is maintaining our positive environment so that members are happy to log on and excited to raid and work together.

Loot:
Immersion runs Loot Council.

We divide loot by means of a loot council comprised of the guild officers. We take into consideration various factors such as:
Performance
Raid Attendance
Previous Loot
Attitude and drive for progression

Applicant Requirements:

1. Having the right mindset for the job:
We will wipe, we will fail, we will bang our heads against our keyboards. Being able to rise above this is what will bring us the progression we desire. Be prepared to receive constructive criticism.

2. Class Knowledge:
How do I (insert class name) is not a great way to start off your trial with us. Knowing your class, the spec and talents available to you, and the ability to use those to maximise your play will be a requirement. Also being able to asses logs to maximise your performance will be essential.

4. YOU ARE NOT PREPARED! (or are you?):
Please have gold for repairs. Tombs to respect. Pots, potions, bandages, hot pockets, or MOM BATHROOM! Anything you need to make sure you are ready and prepared the second our raid starts to the 45 minutes after it was supposed to end... but you decided to keep trying anyway cause I want world first! Seriously we don’t want to wait for that one person, and stopping a raid to pick up an extra potion will not be tolerated.

5. Attendance
We raid three nights a week during active progression, Tuesday-Thursday. Raid invites go out at 8:45pm CST, begin raiding at 9:00pm and run until 12:00pm. There may be occasions when raids run slightly later than usual, this is typically 5-10 minutes over for progression/trash re-clear avoidance. If you cannot sustain a high rate of attendance (95% minimum), this is not the guild for you.

6. Package Deals
We don’t care how awesome your brother’s girlfriend’s cousin’s son is. We will automatically decline applicants whose membership within Immersion is dependent on another person's membership. No exceptions.

General requirements include:
Preferably 18+, but just be mature.
Ability to use TeamSpeak 3 and have working mic.
Ability to frequently check up on our forums for updates on raid strategies and other general guild information.
Stable Connection!! More or less NO disconnects during the fight. In order to play this game at the level we expect, you need a decent computer and a good internet connection.
