| Kandyana | EU-Kazzak | A venthyr protection paladin looking for a new guild/home Everything you need to know about me: - Close to 100% attendance in most of the tiers. I am fine with any amount of raids per week :D - Played since vanilla wow .. laid off here and there due to relocating to different countries (Now I am settled for next 4 years at least) .. Since I played old TBC .. I have no desire to play the current TBC .. So I am fully committed to playing retail. - Stable member and not a guild hopper i.e. I played with the rate of 1-2 guilds per tier*. Had solid reasons to leave my former guilds, which can be stated. - Experience in getting involved in many guild management tasks as a GM or an officer. Summary of my typical tasks were: i) Recruitment ii) Creating illustrations/tactic documents for raiders iii) Optimizing raiders performance iv) Conflicts resolution. - Mythic experience in many tiers with only one CE in Nya. Straight up, this was because I was not good enough and it took me years to decently preform to deserve a CE. (Experience in CN is 8/10 with around 200 pulls on Sire) - Enjoy criticism like I believe that ‘compliments’ or even saying ‘good job’ is like a cancer it kills you slowly. Meanwhile, criticism is a gift that will result better output from me. Thus, I would highly appreciate being called out for my mistakes in front of everyone on the spot .. If I were not called out, typically I would call myself out saying I messed up in X, Y and Z. - I totally understand that it might not be easy for me to get a spot asap. However, my expectations would be that I will fill the role of a 'backup' tank for few months before I earn my spot. - Last thing you need to know about me, I play wow to play protection paladin thus it is extremely unlikely that I will reroll/have an alt. Some people view this as good .. some view it as bad ..
