Sveraés Acceptable CasualtiesEU-DraenorI am looking for a tightknit social casual-midcore raid group/static. Getting into my mid 30s and having played WoW for the entirety of its lifespan I’ve come to a point where I just the want the meaningful experiences from it. I can set aside 2-3 evenings a week for the game, and I want to use that to raid. I do not have cutting edge as a goal, just curve and likely some mythic.
I have done 10 cutting edges and raided ALL the tiers so I have vast knowledge of strategies and raiding. I do know the rotations standalone simcraft etc. That said, last one was N’zoth, and rotation is a lot of muscle memory, which takes maintenance.

Tightknit: I want a guild which aims for 20-25 members to fill out a raid roster. It is also taking care to socially include its members e.g. raiders being able to look at the applications and as m+ is now important helping fellow raiders get the vault.
I am less interested in a guild that recruits everyone who request an invite as “social” and has over 100 accounts in guild but is still unable to field a raid. Where the social chat is a discord with some very superficial anonymous meme spam because you can’t really know 100+ people.

Casual: A guild which, doesn’t require too much out of raid grinding and which puts the members first. This doesn’t stop it from having some requirements and trials before accepting a member. I would even prefer if there were some required experience. I am just not into running eight +20s every week. If you are continuously recruiting exceptional players to perma bench the lower performers in the team, then you are too hardcore for me.

Lastly, Social: I prefer a guild where people can have a real normal chat and maybe get to know each other instead of just shittalk and a double ironic insults. I'm not a fan of 4-chan hate memes.
